What is a shared seCity account?
The plan is to register once and use the same seCity account across participating sites: to build forms, enter workspaces you've been invited to, and join conversations. cityFORM is the first pilot for this journey. The pilot access section below shows what's open now.
Does signing up here give me cityFORM access?
A Ghost membership on this website does not by itself grant access to cityFORM. During the updates phase, signing up means receiving news about the pilot. Builder access requires the connected pilot and the appropriate access; a workspace invitation is separate from joining this website.
How do I share a workspace with someone?
In the shared-account pilot, an owner invites people to a workspace and assigns a role. Editors can create and edit forms; viewers can read responses and export them. Joining seCity alone does not add someone to your workspace.
Will my account work for comments, too?
That's part of the plan. Participating Ghost sites can connect to the shared account so you can join their conversations. Each site needs that connection in place and keeps its own commenting and moderation rules. A membership here does not yet sign you in to every other site.
What kinds of forms can I make?
Registration forms, feedback surveys, enquiries, and everyday questionnaires. Use text and choice fields, arrange questions across pages and columns, and preview your form before publishing it. A published form has a link to share and an iframe embed for your website.
Can I change a form after publishing it?
Yes. Your draft is separate from the published version. Edit and preview your changes, then publish again when you're ready. Saved responses retain the labels and version they were submitted with.
